We are proud to say the majority of our product is home grown at our greenhouse. Started by seed or small plugs in February. If not home grown, it is from locally grown suppliers.

Custom Pot Orders

Drop off your empty containers after Mother’s Day and meet with a team member to discuss your design options. (Example: Sun or Shade, Colours, and Desired Plants) Don’t have time to chat? Send us your instructions via our contact form.
Leave us your name, phone number, make sure your pots are marked with painters’ tape with your name on them and quantity. (1 of 4)
Make sure your pots are Clean, meaning: No old plants, or yucky dirt.)
Leave the rest to us!
You will receive a call when your pots are ready for pick up

If you would like to purchase a Gift Certificate we can make arrangements to:

Mail it to the recipient -pay postage
Send you a copy virtually- via email
Prepare one for pick-up by yourself, or for the recipient to pickup at their next shopping trip.
Payments can be made via E-transfer to birchcreekacres@gmail.com, Credit over the phone in advance, or instore at pickup.

Greenhouse Returns

We have confidence that our plants are healthy and fresh when they leave the greenhouse. Quality soil, sufficient water, proper drainage and protection from frost are all necessary for your plants to thrive when they reach your outdoor space. In the event that you find yourself unhappy with your purchase, all inquiries regarding a return must be made 24 hours of receiving your product.
