Gift Certificates:
If you have a Gift Certificate you would like to redeem, please call in your order. At the current time our gift cards aren't able to be processed through our online web store. Sorry for the inconvenience.
** If you would like to purchase a Gift Certificate during our OFF SEASON, Please give us a CALL, or send us an EMAIL and we will happily arrange a pick up time to do so! **
Custom Pot Orders:
- Drop off your empty containers after Mother's Day and meet with a team member to discuss your design options. (Example: Sun or Shade, Colours, and Desired Plants) Don't have time to chat? Send us your instructions via email: birchcreekacres@gmail.com
- Leave us your name, phone number, make sure your pots are marked with painters' tape with your name on them and quantity. (1 of 4)
- Make sure your pots are Clean, meaning: No old plants, or yucky dirt.)
- Leave the rest to us!
- You will receive a call when your pots are ready for pick up
Online Ordering:
If ordered before 4pm the order will be ready for the following business day, unless confirmed otherwise. Orders placed after 4pm will be ready in 2 days.
To best manage our inventory and ensure that flowers and plants are at peak freshness we only accept orders for next business day pick-up's.
We are unable to take any pre-orders for later pick up dates at this time.
Only exception to this being Hanging Baskets & Custom Pot Orders.

Returns:
We have confidence that our plants are healthy and fresh when they leave the greenhouse. Quality soil, sufficient water, proper drainage and protection from frost are all necessary for your plants to thrive when they reach your outdoor space. In the event that you find yourself unhappy with your purchase, all inquiries regarding a return must be made 24 hours of receiving your product.
If you believe there is something wrong with your products, please call us immediately and we will have a member of our team work with you.
